HEAL 447: Virology
In this course you will learn about viruses and how they are categorized based on their genome. We will cover the basics of viral genetics and learn how to differentiate between viruses based on their clinical presentation.

Crisanta Simon, MD
Crisanta Simon is a recent medical school graduate from UMHS in St.Kitts and Nevis. She is originally from Toronto, Ontario where she did her undergraduate degree in Bio-Medical Sciences at the University of Guelph. While Crisanta was in medical school she was a teaching assistant for microbiology, genetics and human anatomy dissection lab.
