What is the Clinical Reasoning Symposium?


It's the world's first virtual clinical reasoning symposium using real patient cases, courtesy of ReelDx.

  • Work in small groups to understand a patient case, make a diagnosis, and build your knowledge of a specialty of your choice.

  • Pick your specialty: Cardiology, Neurology, Pulmonology Gastroenterology, Musculoskeletal System, Reproduction.

  • The week is mostly asynchronous training with access to experienced physicians throughout the week of the program.

  • A special mentoring session will teach you how to stand out in your medical school applications.

  • Successful presenters will earn competency badges in Teamwork, Oral Communication, Critical Thinking, Written Communication, and Scientific Inquiry (which allow you to demonstrate those competencies to medical schools)..

  • Designed with your summer schedule in mind. It's a one-week training course with 6 weeks to choose from.

  • Training course tuition: $299

  • Earn up to a total of 42 clinical hours upon the completion of the full Intensive.
